Using hypnosis to help with your New Year’s goals


I am really excited about my new group starting on January 10.  It is going to be group hypnosis to reach your new  year goals!

Okay, what do I mean by that?  First, I am going to help you set our goals. I have said this before and I will say it again, set goals, do NOT make resolutions.  New year’s resolutions don’t work.  By setting goals, you are able to have a plan and reach your goals!

Once your goals are clearly set, I will help you create a plan on how to get there.

After that comes hypnosis. How will hypnosis help you stop spending money? How will hypnosis get you to finish your degree? How will hypnosis help you with any other goal you have for 2017?

I like to think of hypnosis as instant motivation.  In reality, hypnosis is resetting your mind and breaking bad habits. Take spending money for instance, let’s say that every day you stop at Starbucks and get a coffee.  This has become habit.  You can tell yourself that you aren’t stopping any more, but it is very hard to stop since you have trained your mind to stop.  Hypnosis replaces the training.  Instead of stopping, your mind will remind you that you have coffee at home.

That’s it.  Hypnosis helps you reach your goals with very little effort.  Now, a big goal a lot of us have is weight loss. Yes, you do need to exercise and eat right. Hypnosis won’t just magically make you skinny, however, hypnosis can make you want to exercise and eat right.  The effort of doing the right things will be gone as your mind will automatically want to do it.
