I am very excited to announce that I will be doing regressions in the coming weeks. Regression hypnosis can help with many different things including helping find lost items, retrieving lost memories and healing.
One of the big things we use regression hypnosis for is learning about something that is a little controversial. Before I get into that, I am asking you to keep open mind for a minute and I will explain why. I am talking about past life regressions.
When I say past life regression, there is usually a few different responses. The majority of people fit into one of three reactions: being excited and believing in past lives, being interested in past lives but kind of skeptical and those who think I’m nuts. Right now, I would like to mostly address the last two groups.
When using regression hypnosis, clients are able to go back and remember things about another life. There are some really amazing therapeutic benefits for doing so. Clients are able to unlock reasons for things they are doing now (trouble losing weight, etc.), unlock different skills that they “used to have”, understand and overcome fears, and just get a better understanding of themselves.
The truth is, you don’t need to believe in past lives in order to benefit from past life regressions. There is no way to prove or disprove anything learned in a regression. However, for whatever reason, your mind believes that the memories it experiences are real. Perhaps they are only false memories that were created by your subconscious in order to understand things. When you come right down to it, what the memories are, are just not important. It’s the lessons learned from these experiences that matter.
If you believe in past lives, or want to believe, then that’s great too! No matter what you believe, experiencing past memories can be extremely helpful to understand your present and future life.
