What exactly is hypnosis? In short, hypnosis is a state of mind. Have you ever been driving and suddenly realized you were miles further from where you thought you were? Have you ever experienced falling asleep and feeling like you weren’t yet asleep but not exactly awake? Have you ever watched TV or a movie and have been really engrossed in what you are watching? These are all examples of a hypnotic state.
Your mind is made up of two parts- your conscious and subconscious. Think about your conscious mind as your pilot and your subconscious mind as your autopilot. Your pilot is programming your autopilot everyday without even realizing it. When your pilot decides to make a change, it can be difficult to do so because your autopilot is so well trained. Think about hypnotherapists as computer programmers. We help your pilot reprogram your autopilot.
Hypnosis alone can be great for many issues. Actually, hypnosis can help with countless issues including weight management, pain management, allergies, child birth, stress and anxiety, phobias, sports, memory, and so much more! However, sometimes hypnosis alone isn’t enough.

Life coaching uses tools to help clients understand who they really are, what their goals are and creates a plan to help reach the goals and be successful. Hypnosis helps the subconscious mind work in conjunction with the life coaching tools in order make the changes happen faster, HypnoCoaching helps you realize your dreams, understand yourself better, and reach and surpass your goals.
